            While updating the database i am getting the Database  is

being updated, or update was not completed Error.

            While running my application due to the network problems my

application terminating ,In this case if any database updation operations are interrupting.

Updates shouldn't fail if you have network problems, because the update itself will be finalized even if no response can be sent back to the server. Do you have some more information what kind of network problem caused the failure?
