Hi Eric,

you are right, Saxon-CE is one neat piece of software :-)
By coincidence, on of our users showed off a funny Saxon-CE demo[1;2, beware: addictive] at the XML Prague Demo Jam, and won an iPad.

As we were fooling around, we thought it might also be worth a try, porting some of the BaseX Code, with help of GWT, to work on the underlying DOM.
We'd be glad to have a little more feedback, or maybe even better: volunteers :-)

Thanks!
Michael

Hello all,

I wanted to pass on a tip about using XML data client-side (in a web
browser) with Saxon-CE as it could be quite exciting to pair up with
BaseX. Saxon-CE is a game-changer in my opinion when it comes to how
to display XML data.

I found the sample applications quite shocking in their elegance and
simplicity. It would be worth your time to check them out.

Regards,
Eric
