Hi Giuseppe,
just gave it a try using basex 9.2.4 with java version "1.8.0_121" on macOS 10.14.6. I was not able to reproduce the issue so far.
One thing, did you open a database first? Visualization are only available on (opened) databases (not in-memory documents, such as XML read from filesystem, http, ...)
Kind regards, Alex

Hi,
Apparently, I cannot access the visualization panels in the GUI on my Mac (10.13.6) (they cannot be selected): am I missing anything? Thanks.
Best, Giuseppe
