Oh I didn't even realize they were just for reference. I only looked at them to confirm that map:for-each-entry wasn't there or maybe was named differently. That's all.

You are absolutely up-to-date, I have just added the entry a few days ago.. I'm currently implementing XQuery arrays. If I'm finished with a stable version, I'll upload a new snapshot (which will also contain th new map:for-each-entry function).
Second thing I noticed was a typo in the namespace.
