fn:doc("db/path/to/doc.xml") ... path/to/docs in the database db
answered my own question. Sorry.
This does what I inted:
doc("IntersectPhoneNumbers/Data/rent_flats.csv")
instead of
doc("Data/rent_flats.csv")
