(# db:chop false #) { let $xslt := doc('stylesheet.xsl') return xslt:transform-text($doc, $xslt) }

I should be sufficient to pass on the filename to the XSLT processor:

xslt:transform-text($doc, 'stylesheet.xsl')

You can do the same with the document input.
