All the commands line are for linux. But there is no documentation for windows to change 1984 default port http://docs.basex.org/wiki/Command-Line_Options#Server

So you should have read that basex.bat launches a standalone version of BaseX (→ "It is important to remember that the standalone mode does not interact with the Client/Server architecture."). Hence, it makes no sense to specify a port via -p.
basexhttp.bat works (it's show me that server and http server are running correctly) but i can not write anything
What do you want to write?
when i open basexclient.bat , i write admin admin but then commands -p do not works, only "help" command works
-p is no command, it’s a command-line argument:
