All the commands line are for linux. But there is no documentation for windows to change 1984 default port

So you should have read that basex.bat launches a standalone version
of BaseX (→ "It is important to remember that the standalone mode does
not interact with the Client/Server architecture."). Hence, it makes
no sense to specify a port via -p.
