Hi,
i think I have found what i need and maybe its helpful for you as well. You will found the restxq api and the implementations of all restxq annotations under the following repository: https://github.com/exquery/exquery. In my opinion it is possible to use this source code to read in functionality of restxq annotations. So it should be possible to implement a restxq annotation framework for security aspects. It should also be possible to implement SSL connection with restxq annotations (or does it actually work in another way?). So if anyone starts to develope a restxq annotation framework for security aspects, i am really interessting to join the team (especially for Marcel).

Hi Florian,
currently there is neither a spi for writing own restxq annotations (or annotations processing in general) nor a specfication for annotations concerning a security aspect. But i'm working on exactly these both issues. There is a site in the BaseX wiki for collecting use cases/requirements/... for the security annotation specification (http://docs.basex.org/wiki/**Security:_Use_Caseshttp://docs.basex.org/wiki/Security:_Use_Cases) and it would be really nice to get youre input and ideas to find a solution which is applicable for youre webapplication and also for webapplication in general.
Regards, Marcel
