How to change or set the dbpath while creating the collection.

Do you really mean "while", or "before"? ;)

Since quite a while, all global options [1] (except debug) can only be set before running BaseX. The reason for this change was, among others, that the change of the database path at runtime led to various unexpected behavior if other databases were opened at the same time.

In earlier versions of BaseX, you had to change all global options in the .basex configuration file. Today, there are various other options that may help you to solve your problem [2].

are not able to set.This is in java.Setting the dbpath is recommended in my requirement.Please do the needfull.
