[Cluster_ecr] Dinner with Meghan Condon

Meghan Condon (https://meghancondon.weebly.com/) will be at the cluster. First, for a workshop from PerFair (details will follow) and then for her talk in the cluster colloquium.

In the evening of December 09 there will be a joint dinner with Meghan. (Location is not yet clear).
