We invite paper submissions to a three-day workshop on Earth Observation Data in the Social Sciences from 27-29 November 2024 at GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences. We invite both methodological contributions as well as substantial research papers. We are looking forward to a keynote speech by Dr. Jennifer Marlon from Yale University (https://www.jennifermarlon.com/). Jennifer Marlon has been recently appointed as the inaugural executive director of the new Yale Center for Geospatial Solutions (https://research.yale.edu/announcements/yale-center-geospatial-solutions-has-its-first-executive-director).

Paper abstracts (max. 500 words) should be submitted to dennis.abel@gesis.org by June 30^th. For further details, please see the attached call for abstracts.
