Dear social researchers,
The IAB-SMART project has gathered valuable insights by combining in-app survey data with 1.3 million location observations derived from GPS and mobile network data. These observations were obtained from participants who were recruited among Android users in the Panel Study Labor Market and Social Security (PASS).
To facilitate research, the collected raw geolocations have been aggregated and made available as "IAB-SMART-Activity" at the Research Data Center of the Institute for Employment Research (IAB). This dataset contains geolocation indicators that can be linked to PASS survey data and PASS-ADIAB administrative employment data, enabling researchers to gain comprehensive insights.
We invite you to register for the three IAB-SMART webinars, where experts will guide you through the process of collecting, processing, and utilizing smartphone sensor data for social research.
