EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY CENTER FOR PEACE STUDIES (EPU) in Stadtschlaining/Austria -- Professorship in Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods
The European University Center for Peace Studies invites applications for the position of a Professor in Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods (f/m). The successful candidate will possess a strong background in the design, the implementation and the analysis of quantitative and qualitative empirical studies in the field of social sciences. Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodology is required. Experience in the research into the causes of war or in comparative research would be an advantage. The research interests of the appointee should relate to one of the EPU's substantive content areas, namely Peace and Conflict Studies, Peacebuilding or European Studies.
This professorship is a part time position. Due to the structure of intensive courses (each course takes one week), relocation is not necessary. Language of instruction is English. The European University Center for Peace Studies is an equal opportunity employer.
