# Organizational Matters • Date and Location: 20.-21.05 May 2025, BAMF headquarter Nuremberg • Keynote: Assist.-Prof. Albert Kraler, Coordinator of the EU Horizon Project MIrreM (Measuring Irregular Migration). • Abstracts of max. 300 words (preferably in English) should be submitted via the pdf form "MIMAP closing conference: Submission form" (see pdf attached) by November 30, 2024. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by January 31, 2025. • Formats of presentations are oral and poster presentations. • Participation is free of charge. # Wir freuen uns über Beiträge, die sich in unterschiedlichster Form mit Menschen mit Ausreise-pflicht beschäftigen. Die Einreichungen können, müssen sich jedoch nicht, an den folgenden Fragen orientieren und beinhalten im Idealfall Empfehlungen an Personen aus Politik und Praxis: • Wege in die und aus der Ausreisepflicht • Teilhabe, Wohlbefinden und Alltagsleben • Agency, Netzwerke und die Aushandlung von Im-/Mobilität • Methodische und ethische Aspekte

# Hinweise zur Einreichung und Organisatorisches • Datum und Ort: 20.-21.05 Mai 2025, BAMF Zentrale Nürnberg • Keynote: Assist.-Prof. Albert Kraler, Koordinator des EU Horizon Projekts MIrreM (Measuring Irregular Migration) • Abstracts von max. 300 Wörtern (bevorzugt auf Englisch) sollten bis zum 30. November 2024 über das Anmeldeformular "MIMAP-Abschlusskonferenz / MIMAP closing conference" (siehe PDF im Anhang) eingereicht werden. Die Autorinnen und Autoren werden über die Entscheidung zur Annahme der Beiträge bis zum 31. Januar 2 2025 informiert. • Die Beiträge können in Form eines Vortrages oder als Poster präsentiert werden. • Die Teilnahme an der Konferenz ist kostenlos.
