da in den letzten Wochen bei der KFT immer wieder Fragen zur "European Scientific Diving Konferenz" in diesem Jahr in Freiberg auflaufen, möchten wir folgende Klarstellung geben:
Die ECSD 6 ist KEINE Konferenz des European Scientific Diving Panel (ESDP) und auch nicht der Kommission Forschungstauchen Deutschland. Der ESDP Lenkungsausschuss hat auf der letzten Sitzung in Paris mehrheitlich und explizit beschlossen, diese Konferenz aus verschiedenen Gründen weder mit dem Namen ESDP noch durch offizielle Vertreter zu unterstützen. Die KFT folgt diesem Beschluss des Europäischen Boards für Wissenschaftliches Tauchen in Europa und wird nicht anwesend sein.
Wir wünschen den Kollegen der organisierenden Sporttauchverbände dennoch ein gutes Gelingen.

As in the last weeks a lot of questions about the "European Scientific Diving Conference“ in Freiberg this year have been sent to the Kommission Forschungstauchen Deutschland, we would like to make the following clarification.
The ECSD6 is NOT a conference of the European Scientific Diving Panel (ESDP) and also not of the Kommission Forschungstauchen Deutschland. The ESDP Steering Committee has decided by majority and explicitly at its last meeting in Paris not to support this conference either with the name ESDP or with official representatives for various reasons. The KFT follows this decision of the European Board for Scientific Diving in Europe and will not be present.
Nevertheless, we wish the colleagues of the organizing recreational diving associations a successful meeting.
