Hi,
I am relatively certain that the large-scale Japanese grammar was never made available since it is the property of Fuji Xerox. I checked on https://clarino.uib.no/iness/xle-web and Japanese is not available there. If you wanted to use the grammar, you would need to contact the paper authors and see whether it would be possible to use it for research and if so how.
    Best,

Dear ParGram Contributors,

Good afternoon. Please excuse what may feel like the abuse of a listserv. I am doing a Mater's thesis at the University of Oxford and I have found myself needing to assess some research done with ParGram regarding Japanese and I am at an impasse because my computer skills are a bit limited and it's unclear to me if this parser is available for further experimentation. More to the point, I am unsure how the community that works with ParGram collaborates and shares information.

I am wondering if anybody would be willing to volunteer a bit of their time to answer some questions I have and hopefully point me in the right direction.

 Thank you very much.

Best wishes,
Jay Chin
