[ParGram] Research Guidance Re: ParGram

Dear ParGram Contributors,

Good afternoon. Please excuse what may feel like the abuse of a listserv. I am doing a Mater's thesis at the University of Oxford and I have found myself needing to assess some research done with ParGram regarding Japanesehttps://aclanthology.org/Y03-1034.pdf and I am at an impasse because my computer skills are a bit limited and it's unclear to me if this parser is available for further experimentation. More to the point, I am unsure how the community that works with ParGram collaborates and shares information.

I am wondering if anybody would be willing to volunteer a bit of their time to answer some questions I have and hopefully point me in the right direction.
